Several keys do not function properly such as: Volume up/down, brightness up/down, control, shift, and switch window keys along with no longer being able to take screenshots.

Continually press keys with no result. 2. Restarted computer, and pressed keys again with same issue. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? All listed above Did this work before?
