My CL (https://codereview.chromium.org/2802813002) was reverted because it breaks some windows naming size limit. It creates a 267 character filename from an Union type, but MAX_PATH on windows is 260 (!)

I have no idea what I can do here, can I alias this to some other unique name? Please help?

Is Blink>Bindings the right component?
