Cannot reposition dev tools

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3067.6 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a web page 2. Open Dev Tools 3. Click icons to reposition dev tools to bottom or sides of window What is the expected behavior? Dev tools panel will move to the selected position What went wrong? Dev tools panel DOES NOT move anywhere. Did this work before? Yes Not sure Chrome version: 59.0.3067.6 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Definitely works for me. Can you open DevTools on DevTools (in case your DevTools are stuck in the docked state I guess the best way to do that would be to navigate another tab to chrome://inspect/#pages) and see if there are any console errors?

The only way I was able to get it done was to click and hold on the icon and then choose another orientation. There aren't any errors in the console.
