Precondition:
Device Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> VoiceOver -> On

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome.
2.Navigate to the bookmarks and select multiple bookmarks.
3.Unselect one bookmark. 

Observed results:
When the bookmark is unselected, the voiceover is not reading/talking back the message as “unselected”.
 
Expected results: 
Upon unselecting of the item in the bookmark the voice over should read/talk back as “unselected”.
