@yoav.prat -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please provide the detailed steps to reproduce this issue. You can also verify by updating your Chrome to latest stable version #61.0.3163.100 or Dev #63.0.3223.8. And you can try by removing the extensions and creating a new profile to verify if the issue still persists. Thanks in advance.

processes api is available only in dev channel, so 61.0.3163.100 is will not work. on 63.0.3227.0 (dev) it doesn't work for me. chrome.processes.onUpdated gives only CPU and chrome.processes.onUpdatedWithMemory gives only Memory
