Regression : No space is seen between two focus highlights on added folders in bookmark bar.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and add two folders on bookmark bar
2. Now press 'F6' key to bring focus highlight on 1st added folder and then hover mouse over 2nd folder,observe

Actual: No space is seen between two focus highlights
Expected: Space should be seen between two focus highlights

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 53’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:53.0.2749.0
Bad build: 53.0.2750.0

Note : Issue is not seen on Mac OS.
