Regression : Drop down arrow icon appears slightly raised than expected in devtools.

Issue descriptionVersion: 59.0.3071.9 2ae1b9cb3ac16142bb504b4529323d14d0eb6f93-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#28} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools. 2. Now open emulated view and observe drop down arrow icon of 'Responsive' and 'Zoom' drop down list Actual: Drop down arrow icon appears slightly raised than expected Expected: Drop down arrow icon should be seen properly This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 59’ and will soon update other info : Good build:59.0.3049.0 Bad build: 59.0.3050.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:59.0.3049.0 (Revision:458956). Bad build:59.0.3050.0 (Revision:459323). You are probably looking for a change made after 459298 (known good), but no later than 459299 (first known bad). Thanks for the report. The position looks fine on Linux and Mac 60.0.3074.0, but I definitely notice how it has changed in Windows. I suspect that the platform font height on Windows makes it stand out. I'll take a look.
