Auto downloads bar is misaligned if downloads bar was not visible before. |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionChrome 59.0.3067.0 OSX 10.12.4 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Start a new Chrome profile (2) Visit https://permission.site (3) Click on "Auto Downloads" What is the expected result? The prompt triangle points to the middle of the lock icon. What happens instead? The prompt is too low. It seems to depend on window size and the page scroll offset, but I can reproduce pretty reliable on Cocoa.

The jumping bar is caused by the growth due to the download bar. Perhaps the fix should be elsewhere, but until we know otherwise it could be due to an issue with the downloads bar code, right?

Adding back UI>Browser>Downloads, as the repro steps seem to indicate that this is related.

shrike@, are you still working on the downloads shelf on Mac? If so, could you take a look?

*Google Chrome: 69.0.3497.100, Mac Os X* The UI has changed and the prompt UI no longer has a triangle, as in the initial bug screenshot. The prompt also aligns correctly independent of the window size and page offset. I'm marking the issue closed. Feel free to reopen if the issue is still somehow reproducible. |
