Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Won't let me change the disable to enable Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.132 Channel: beta OS Version: Flash Version: It's telling Mr disable and it won't let me change it or is it supposed to be disable?
