Not logging out correctly when user switches accounts |
|||||
Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to blogger.com and sign in 2. Click account icon, and switch accounts 3. Problem: user is still logged into first account Note that this only seems to happen for some users. What is the expected behavior? The user should be signed out of their first account, and signed into the second account. What went wrong? Browser tries to switch accounts by navigating to u/2, but blogger doesn't support multiple accounts. So the user stays logged into the first account. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version:

Thanks for the report. This does not seem to be related to saving passwords in Chrome, which is my area, and I have no better ideas about who to add apart from people already Cc-ed. Therefore I'm removing myself, but if there are any concrete questions for me, please feel free to add me back.

This is something that happens on the web (the browser does not do manage the accounts on blogger.com in any special way in this scenario). I do not think this is a browser bug, but rather a blogger.com bug that does not support multi-login correctly. Please file this as a blogger bug (not a Chrome one). |
