cheets_CTS.com.android.cts.dram fails intermittently

The test cheets_CTS.com.android.cts.dram fails intermittently.
This is causing periodic CQ failures.

Here's the wmatrix summary of the test failures in R59:

R58 was more reliable than R59, and R57 was more reliable than
R58.  There are no retry events for the test in R56.

Components: Infra>Client>ChromeOS
Breezing through the failures, they may be related to Autotest
more than to the test itself.

It's also unclear whether the failures in the canary/release
builders are related to the recently observed CQ failures.

Is there more investigation needed on this? Or shall I close as a one-off?
