Chromecast causes screen (on computer - not TV) to flicker when casting.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chromecast a video to TV.
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Plays perfectly on both TV and computer from which it is being casted

What went wrong?
Works perfectly on TV, but causes constant flickering and then black screen on computer (tab) from which it is casting.

Did this work before? Yes I think 2 updates ago.

This has been resolved - for now - Version 59.0.3071.35 (Official Build) dev (64-bit).
