EC: No test for panic info

I was debugging a separate issue only tangentially related to panics when I discovered that many more boards may be broken. I then realized that we have no autotest cases for verifying panics are saved.

We should add one. It could be something simple as `crash divzero` => `panicinfo` and verify that panicinfo is saved and compare the output.
