What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a youtube video in a chrome tab
2. Put the laptop to sleep
3. Wake the laptop
What is the expected result?
Since the laptop returns to the lock screen, I'd expect active content in tabs to remain paused until I unlock
What happens instead of that?
I can hear the videos resume immediately even while the laptop is unlocked

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #57.0.2987.133, Canary 60.0.3075.0 in Windows 10.0 & 7 and was able to reproduce the issue. This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M35 #35.0.1898.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed. Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Thank you.
