Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3072.0 (MacViews) OS: macOS 10.12 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Drag a tab out of a browser window What is the expected result? The tab strip background is transparent. What happens instead? The tab strip background is opaque, making it impossible to see where you're dragging the tab to.
