What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Switch to another app
(2) Click in a browser window's tabstrip background to activate Chrome

What is the expected result?
Chrome should become the active app and the clicked-in window should become the main window

What happens instead?
Chrome becomes the active app but the window does not become main (e.g. the tabstrip background color does not change to indicate main).
