[MacViewsBrowser] Bookmarks bar font appears to be 1pt too big

The font is slightly larger than non-MacViewsBrowser.

The current font size is 12pt, which seems consistent with the spec as detailed on slide 34 at go/chrome-ux-GM2

This font is also consistent with the font size for the bookmark bar across platforms.

Of course, if I'm missing anything, please let me know.

It's too bad I didn't include a screenshot - bad move on my part.

Chrome Canary is crashing on launch for me so I can't take a look at it today.
