This is expected behavior - you need to clear the cache, not just cookies. We reuse pages from the cache on back navigations without any revalidation.
I have selected cache and cookies both the check box is enabled in history page.but when clicking back button previous all browsing sites are open .

Ex impact:I have browsing some important websites my family member asked mobile I have just clear history ,cache and cookies and give it to them before closing chrome they have click back button they can view my history but web is working fine please find the video file

Thanks,
Lavan

Thanks so much for the video! Very clearly illustrates the issue.

Sorry, I misunderstood the issue, and was completely wrong. Thanks for bearing with me. This is not a cache issue at all. Instead, we're keeping the per-tab navigation history when you clear the history. I'm not sure if that's expected or not, but does seem a bit surprising.
Components: UI>Browser>Navigation
This may be a navigation instead of a history issue, not sure while label covers back/forward history .
But web application working fine . I am a tester so I am argue this negative test case end user point of you I have tested your chrome application.please apologize if I did anything mistake.
Always tester argue with developer's 😀
Sorry, I'm just saying not sure which subteam that works on Chrome this should go to. You certainly did not make a mistake.

Thanks for the report. This behavior is already being discussed on issue 407074, where we've found it difficult to come to a consensus. (On one hand, clearing back/forward is unexpected for some users, but on the other hand, you could also raise a similar concern about other open tabs sticking around. The safest option is to close everything, but that is likely to violate many users' expectations.)

I'll see if we can find a resolution there.
