Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/122584181/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. not working
2. says adobe flah player is out of date 
3. qaudio/ flash 

What is the expected behavior?
adobe when it was working for scatch 

What went wrong?
i dont know please ffix 

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: adobe flash player

Tested the issue on Win 7 using latest stable 57.0.2987.133 and could not reproduce the issue. Could you please review the attached screen cast and let us know if any steps missed from our side.

when I go to the URL...I get the following. If I click ALLOW, the content loads and plays successfully.
