When I push "Login to Chrome" button in the Settings dialog, the 32-bit Chrome terminates unexpectedly with no message on the screen nor no logs in the Windows event log.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Trident/7.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; InfoPath.3; MAFSJS; rv:11.0) like Gecko

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Install Chrome.
2. Open the "Settings" dialog, and press "Login to Chrome."

What is the expected behavior?
The browser prompts for Google account.

What went wrong?
Chrome terminates unexpectedly with no message on the screen nor no logs in the Windows event log.

This is my first use of 32-bit Chrome.  I have no problem with 64-bit Chrome on Windows 10 and Windows 2012 Server.
