Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12.4 using chrome latest stable #57.0.2987.133 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed no rendering issues while zooming and moving around the map.

Reporter@ - Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently including incognito mode? Please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.

Thanks!
I logged into Gaiagps.com using incognito mode..no change.

Logged in with new profile and the website rendered perfectly.

In my regular profile for extensions I have Google docs, docs off line, sheets and drive. I also have Nimbus screen shot. I deleted Niumbus screenshot. Tested the site and the rendering is fine now.
