"Scroll Anchoring breaks our automated tested. We use javascript to scroll the page, and scroll anchoring prevents our scripts from scrolling.

Our UI framework is Sencha's ExtJS, and the call is Element.dom.scroll(String, int).

We need a way to disable scroll anchoring in the webdriver."
