Tab bar text is overflowing from the tab and close buttons seem to be placed outside of the tab sometimes

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3067.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open approximately 8 new tabs while having Gmail open in the far left 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Text stays within the tab, as it does when fewer tabs are open What went wrong? Unable to reproduce the issue on MacBook Air-10.12.4 & Mac Retina-10.12.4 using chrome dev version 59.0.3067.0 & previous dev version 59.0.3063.4 and Stable version 57.0.2987.133 & canary 60.0.3073.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. Please find the attached screen cast and let us know if anything missed from our end to reproduce the issue. Thanks.

The reporter from this issue and the merged issue 711081 are using Mac OS 10.9.x. May be this bug is 10.9.x-only?

As Chrome Hyderabad team do not have Mac-10.9.5 ,hence assigning to MTV team. Could someone from MTV team please look into this issue. Thanks.

I verified that this was an Auto Layout issue that does show up on 10.9 and doesn't show up on 10.12 (I didn't test in between). So, it was fixed by 8b7a7716bedcc5120cafc3df7ecb61aa542a1089.
