Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Focus checkbox element using tab button. 2. Press spacebar and hold it. 3. Press tab button. Spacebar remains pressed. What is the expected behavior? Focus moves to another element, checkbox loses its active state. What went wrong? Focus moves to another element, checkbox keeps its active state even if spacebar gets released. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: That might be not only checkbox case. I've already posted a similar bug about radio: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=693907. Also, during writing this bug description I've noticed the similar behaviour of the button element, thus that might be a more wide issue.

This issue looks similar to bug 693907, Hence merging in to it. Feel free to undupe if it's a different issue. Thanks!

Guess, they are similar to each other. More than that I guess, that it is a common issue for the wider group of elements — inputs with triggering by spacebar support.

Well, that may be. But in my case there is no JavaScript involved. |
