BrowserActions text is hard to read

Reported by trufano...@gmail.com, Apr 14 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/57.0.2987.98 Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Chromium
2. Install Google Mail Checker extension
3. Have >10000 unread messages in inbox

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I'm not able to read a value of unread messages in my Google Mail Checker. The font is too small. White text on red background is unreadable.

As you understand I'm not reading all my emails. And I'm not clicking on them to mark as read. I just remember last number of unread emails and compare it with number I see in notificator. The attached is how it looks like in Chromium and Firefox on Linux. Chromium is completely unusable. And as I found out there is no way to control BrowserActions's text size or add it just to toolbar.

Did this work before? No
