Issue description1] Component Name: GestureNav 2] Parent Component (e.g. Blink, UI>Browser, etc...): UI>Browser>Navigation 3] Description of Component: Gesture-based browser navigation, like two-finger swipes to navigate back and forward. 4] Admin/ Owner: Unsure. Possibly one of the folks cc'd? 5] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the component Unsure. UI>Shell>GestureNav already exists as a component, but AFAIK UI>Shell is specifically for ChromeOS. Gesture navigation is also a feature on other platforms, so it would be nice to have a label that covers all of them. My initial feeling is that the existing component should be moved/renamed. I'm not sure if this feature has an owner. (cc: UI>Shell>GestureNav and UI>Browser>Navigation owners)
