Consider removing page loading info from status bar

Loading state info is shown on the status bar at the bottom of the Chrome window. This can be annoying (intruding over video, as in attached), and we suspect it isn't as useful as it once was. "loading in progress" is communicated more clearly by the tab spinner.

For technical users, the loading state might occasionally be useful (eg if page is waiting on an ad network). We should consider UI for when a page is very slow to load, similar to Chrome for Android, that would serve this use case and be more broadly usable.
