What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open web page using chromedriver.
2. From with in web page, try to open another window.
3. that another windows opens and hands it never opening.

What is the expected result?
It suppose to open windows from actual ChromeDriver window.

What happens instead of that?
It hangs and it never opening. When in open web page directly in chrome browser, able to open new windows without any issues.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
