Hello sandeepkumars@, you didn't miss any steps but you obviously do not have the latest Windows 10 version installed, 10.0.15063 (it's called Creators Update). 10.0.14393 is the previous version (called Anniversary Update). Please check https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-info.aspx for details.

Hello, thank you for coming back to me. My Windows setup goes as follows: Edition: Windows 10 Pro Version: 1703 OS Build: 15063.138 System Type: 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor My Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 (Official Build) (32-bit) So the only difference between you and me seems to be that I use 32-bit versions of both Windows and Chrome (I've got a slightly newer Chrome build, but with the previoud build, the situation was the same). I guess you'll observe the issue when you reproduce on a 32-bit Windows system. Thank you!
