Regression: No proper space is seen between the zoom drop-down and device name

Project Member Reported by keerthan...@techmahindra.com, Apr 14 2017

Issue description

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome and Press F12
2. Click on toggle devices and add device type from 3 dot menu.
3. Observe space between zoom drop-down and device name.

What is the expected behavior?
Proper spacing should be there between the drop-down and device name

What went wrong?
No proper spacing between the drop-down and device name

This is a Regression issue seen in M-59.

NOTE: Due to the spacing issue, If we click on right corner of the zoom drop-down, we are seeing the device type drop-down.
