Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch "OneDrive" or "Dropbox" and mount with your account
2. Open "Files", found your OneDrive/Dropbox have been mount with your account with drive 
3. Under your OneDrive/Dropbox drive. New a folder or file, naming "test 1qaz@WSX"
4. Rename it as "TEST 1QAZ@wsx" 

What is the expected behavior?
Rename lowercase/uppercase character

What went wrong?
Can't modify lowercase/uppercase character
