Not able to configure wimax identity

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 9334.18.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.31 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9334.18.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start Settings 2. Select Wimax network 3. Disconnect wimax network if it's still connected 4. No option to change Identity What is the expected behavior? In previous firmware 57, upon disconnecting the Wimax network, there is an additional button called "Configure" that allows to change the identity of the connection. Currently, there is no function to do so and the user is stuck on the ID that was initially configured. What went wrong? Missing ability to configure wimax identity upon disconnecting wimax network. Did this work before? Yes 57 Chrome version: 58.0.3029.31 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9334.18.0 Flash Version: 25.0.0.156

Also did a quick test on Dev channel 59, it has the same issues with version 58.

This is a small easy fix and is critical for WiMax users. Upping the priority and marking as a release blocker.

58 Stable does not use MD Settings by default; this is not broken in non MD Settings (chrome://settings-frame).

Will the next 58 Beta public release have MD settings disabled by default to mirror 58 Stable? Will also check on 59 Dev once it's released on Dev channel.

The Dev channel should already be on 59. It may take a few days to propagate. 58 Beta will continue to have 50% md-settings enabled. Anyone affected by this bug can visit chrome://settings-frame to view the old settings, or can toggle the enable-md-settings in chrome://flags.
