Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 59.0.3068.1 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Revision 0 Platform 9457.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. #ash-shelf-color and #ash-shelf-color-scheme flags both set to default 2. Change wallpaper 3. Open browser and maximize it What is the expected result? Shelf should be tinted with the wallpaper's dominant color What happens instead? Shelf color is always black.

Thanks, sanduluri@. As seen in 'Screenshot 2017-04-13 at 15.53.56.png' from comment 2 the AppList, Notification, and system menu buttons are visible and thus 'close to black' but not actually black. Also the shelf color in the 'Screenshot 2017-04-13 at 15.52.37.png' image is #151515, which again is close to black but not flat (#000000) black. AFAICT this feature is WAI. |
