Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to google.com or any other website
2. Hover with mouse over an element that has a tooltip, like the Google logo.
3. The tooltip is just a grey box, no text is shown.

What is the expected behavior?
Text should be shown in the tooltip box.

What went wrong?
The tooltip is just a grey box, no text is shown.
I would attach a screenshot but didn't manage to get the tooltip in the image.
