Does event.filename and event.lineno work in WKWebView?

Project Member Reported by danyao@chromium.org, Apr 13 2017

Issue description

This came up in core.js refactoring ( crbug.com/614092 ).

We inject an error event listener to call window.error command to log JavaScript errors. The method comment indicates that event.filename and event.lineno are not working in UIWebView, although I'm not sure what's the significance of this comment.

Now that we've switched to WKWebView, we should re-evaluate this comment and cleanup/improve as necessary.
