On low DPI, use opaque layers as a promotion trigger when currently grouped into non-opaque ancestor. |

Issue descriptionWhile thinking about issue 701067 I realized that we can fix a lot of the general case of problems where some intermediate promotion trigger loses LCD for all descendants. If we know that we're currently grouped into a non-opaque composited layer mapping and we detect that the current paintlayer would be opaque (and eligible for LCD text) we should trigger promotion as it will get LCD text for it and all of its descendants. This could potentially improve the text rendering quality on a lot of sites. We should add metrics to track this.
