On chrome://dino page, game does not resume after merging tab into the window.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3070.0 (Official Build) daf91016aa4560f3c0f72d50eee762eed996fc0e-refs/heads/master@{#464226} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, open a New tab and navigate to chrome://dino.
2) Click anywhere on the page and press Space key (game begins).
3) Drag the tab in a separate window and then merge it back.
4) Now click anywhere on the page, press Space key and observe.

After merging the tab, game stops and does not resume even after pressing Space key.

After merging the tab, game should resume.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-56 (Chrome version: 56.0.2917.0)

Note: chrome://dino page is introduced from # 56.0.2917.0.

I couldn't reproduce it very well on Mac but I'll look into it when I get the chance. I think it's a rare issue so moving to P3.
