Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3068.1/9457.0.0 dev-channel Samus OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into User -> open Camera App (2)Now go to chrome://md-settings/changePicture -> click on 'Take photo' option observe the preview picture and capture a picture (3)Now observe the Captured picture is seen shifted (Please refer video) Expected: Captured picture should not be shifted Actual: Instead Captured picture is seen shifted to L.H.S/R.H.S This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-57 Stable @stevenjb: Please confirm the issue

I think it has to do with having wider angle cameras. I played with this and at first the camera app opened with the wide angle view, but later it did not. I don't think this is a Settings issue per-se, but more likely related to the camera code. Lowering to a P3 since it's an edge case and easily worked around by not opening the camera app. abodenha@ - Any idea who might be a good owner for camera related bugs?

This only occurs when the camera app is open and Settings is open; the Camera app is changing the camera settings in a way that doesn't trivially work with Settings. Unassigning to myself, priority is pretty low on this and I'm not especially familiar with the camera code.
