Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and open above mentioned URL
2. Tap on any file link from the list
3. In the download page click on the download button.
4. Let one quarter of the file download.
5. Turn of the internet i.e. switch off the wifi or mobile data (i.e. no internet connection is available).
Observed results:
Once the internet connection is lost there is no download fail indicator appearing. The download is not auto resuming when the internet connection is available.
Additional information: in iOS 9.3.5 (iPhone 5) the behavior is bit different, after turn on the internet connection the download is not resuming and also not able to download same file/any other file up on reload of the page (reproducible ⅗).
Expected results:
The download file should display “Download failed” or “Retry download”, if the internet connection is lost.
