Create GPO to clear cache on exit

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.16170

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
GPO to clear cache on exit to keep disk space utilization low on a terminal server aka jumpbox with several hundred chrome users.  Incognito mode is not an option and FFS every other browser has this feature.

What went wrong?
Your developers, folks have been asking for this since 2009 it seems.

Assigned to Matt for triage.
Triage?  Please take the request seriously again 2009 now 2017 option still not present.
Does this clear existing cache as well?  If a user has logged on and browsed anything before the policy is enable they have an established cache.  When the policy is enabled and the same users logs in will it remove the previously established cache?
