MD Settings. Moving from one settings area to another is confusing if you cancel

Open MD Settings
Under Device, click Storage Management
In there, click "Browsing Data"
This shows a pop up dialog 

In the background the page changes. 

if You cancel the dialog the page changes again. 

A user is now at a completely different part of the page than he/she was at a moment ago. 

I think this will be confusing for them.

Agreed, we should instead open the Clear Browsing Data dialog on top of the Storage Management subpage.
