Opening appearance settings goes to appearance but then quickly jumps to the top

Open MD Settings
Click Advanced
Go to Accessibility
Click Manage acessibility features
Under Display, Click open appearance settings

It quickly goes to Appearance but then jumps to the top of the main menu and shows Network.
