Regression: Toggle button is seen misplaced in chrome://md-settings/accessibility page.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3068.1/9457.0.0 dev channel Spring,Samus
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome or Browse as guest>> Go to Chrome://md-settings/accessibility page 
(2)Now observe 'Show accessibility option in the system tray' toggle button

Expected: Toggle button shouldn't be seen misplaced.
Actual: Instead toggle button is seen misplaced.

This is regression issue as it is working fine in 59.0.3065.0/9449.0.0 dev channel samus.

I can't reproduce this with a recent ToT build, it looks like a temporary regression that has been fixed?

(Dave or Dan, is this something you are aware of? I will check again with today's ToT on cros and assuming it doesn't show up we can close this WontFix)
