Able to reproduce this issue on windows 7,Mac 10.12.4 & Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome Canary version-59.0.3070.0 as per steps in Comment#0.

Tested the issue Latest Chrome Dev# 59.0.3071.9 on Windows, Mac and Linux and found to be fixed.
Hence adding TE-Verified labels.
