Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open dev tool and switch to console panel
2. open a page with lots of console output with scroll bar on
3. make sure the scroll bar at the top and click the output objects (actually anywhere)
4. it jump to the bottom with the input focused

What is the expected behavior?
just expend the object not jump to the bottom

What went wrong?
it's difficult for me to check the output object
