Nothing happens

Go to: chrome://flags/#enable-md-feedback and disable it. :)
On some users, this works and some it doesn't. Both have the setting from #1 disabled.

Very strange, I'm unable to repro this on 9457.0.0 / 59.0.3068.1 Kevin across two different user profiles. @stevenjb could you see if there's anything that could be causing inconsistent behavior?

Clearly we don't want any feedback on MD Settings....

yeah, this is bad. Investigating.

Components: UI>Browser>ReportAnIssue
Looks like MD Feedback works but non MD Feedback is broken...

It looks like the Feedback app is missing or broken.

I've confirmed that FeedbackPrivateAPI::RequestFeedback is getting called from chrome::ShowFeedbackPage.

This isn't really a Settings issue per-se.

Steven, I'm unable to repro this on 59.0.3068.0. Were you able to repro?
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
It seems to be working on 59.0.3065.0 also. I was able to repro this on a dev build, so it is possible that we are not including or deploying the extension correctly for dev builds,

Until / unless this can be reproduced on an official build post 59.0.3065.0 we'll resolve this as WontFix.

I reported this on 59.0.3068.1 which I assume is newer than 59.0.3065.0.

I just retried on the latest 9460.0.0 / 59.0.3068.1 and can still repro
Oh, sorry, didn't pay attention to the version.

Anyway, I still can't repro on today's ToT at 9469.0.0 / 60.0.3074.0.

@dhaddock, could you please share a video of the issue and reassign to afakhry? Thanks!
Tried again on a bunch of machines and can't repro. I'll reopen if it happens again
