Issue description
Steps:
1. Go to VT2 shell and run as root to change cryptohome password
cryptohome --action=migrate_key --user=<test_user_email>
2. Try password 4 times
3. Enter password into GAIA
4. Send feedback dialog is displayed

I cannot repro. On my test, it is capitalized as "Send". To speculatively fix this, we may add value="Send" here: [1] xiyuan, what do you think? We may also WontFix this since it cannot repro. Suspect the device was on en-GB, which uses lowercase "send" for the button. Re-open if that is not the case.

US keyboard does not matter. But en-US should work (i.e. get you "Send"). The lower case "send" should be associated with UK locale. Is it possible that the device got a sign-in locale policy that picks UK or the user selects UK to display UI in language settings? If we don't like lower case "send" even for UK, we should fix the translation. Filed http://b/37473744 to update the translation.
