ChromeVox ignores focus of the element inside of the element with aria role treeitem

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2987.137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Turn on the ChromeVox feature of the Chromebook
(2) Navigate to the example by provided link
(3) Focus on a treeitem Row 0 and verify that treeitem was announced
(4) Hit TAB key to move focus to the button inside of the treeitem

What is the expected result?
1) Button should be highlighted with ChromeVox selection ring
2) ChromeVox should say "Hide button". 

What happens instead?
1) ChromeVox selection ring remains on the treeitem
2) ChromeVox says nothing

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.100 by following steps mentioned in the original comment, observed by clicking the tab chromevox say 'Hide button' as expected.

driabchenko@ Could you please confirm is this issue still observed on chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.100? could you please provide on which OS platform are you seeing this issue?

I cannot reproduce this in Chrome 65.0.3299.0. Chromevox focuses and announces the 'hide' button.

Feel free to resubmit this issue if you can repro on a current Chrome version.
