This is due to bug 710448 (we found a bug in the dashboard's retry logic, it retried a LOT of bisects and flooded the tryservers). We fixed the flood, but IIUC still need to kick off the cancelled bisects from recently filed bugs. Simon, is that correct? Are you working on that in a different bug? (Can either dupe or use this one)

Yep that's right, I've just finished writing a script to gather up all the bug ids with outstanding bisects, will start going through them and rekicking them shortly.
