Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. new tab > 'https://play.google.com'
2. 'add music'
3. pop up dialog box 'Setting up Google Play Music for Chrome...'
4. nothing happens after selecting file to upload.

What is the expected behavior?
It should tell me it's being uploaded

What went wrong?
Dialog box doesn't provide any indication that the upload is in progress
